1. THE DISCOVERY OF PSYCHOACTIVE PLANTS, SACRED PLANTS, AND DRUGS
Some psychoactive plants, sacred plants, and drugs become discovered over time by random, hunger, traveling, curiosity, some passed them on to others and more. It is interesting because not all psychoactive plants, sacred plants, or drugs are valued the same across different cultures. Some cultures value certain psychoactive plants, sacred plants, and drugs more than others. Some may become popular while others may never be discovered on a large scale.
2. THE GODDESS RELIGION & PSYCHEDELICS, DRUGS, & SACRED PLANTS
That is why it is fascinating to study these different psychoactive plants, sacred plants, and drugs and the cultures that they are valued in, because you can see how these different things have affected these cultures, as well as why they are valued, and whether they are worthy of investigating further. It is said that the “Goddess Religion” has its origins or connections to the use of certain psychoactive plants, sacred plants, and drugs.
3. THE DRUG WARS
Many wars have been fought to protect access to or gain access to different psychoactive plants, sacred plants, and drugs. This happens when a culture is based off these psychoactive plants, sacred plants, or drugs, and the culture is so dependent on these drugs, sacred plants, or psychoactive plants to the point that they cannot survive without them.
When people cannot get access to the very things that they use to uphold their culture, they either find other things to replace the things that they cannot get, or they are forced to change their culture in other ways, or their culture eventually breaks down. We have seen this happen most obviously with Indigenous American/Native American cultures, Australian Aborigine cultures, and a lot of different cultures in Africa as well as in South America.
4. EVIDENCE OF THE USE OF PSYCHEDELICS IN ANCIENT HISTORY
There has been a lot of evidence found to support the theory that ancient cultures were using psychoactive plants, drugs, and sacred plants. This evidence has been found in ancient art, ancient texts, sacred texts, ancient stories, and more!
5. PLACES THAT HAVE THE MOST PSYCHOACTIVE PLANTS, DRUGS, AND SACRED PLANTS
In the tropics of South America, one can find the most psychoactive plants, drugs, and sacred plants. This is a very mysterious finding by researchers and scientists. One of the reasons this is mysterious is because the researchers and scientists do not fully understand how or why this happened.
Some theorize that this happened because of the preservation of the ancient cultures. Some theorize this is because of the abundance of these plants that grow in the tropics of South America. When comparing the jungles of Africa with the jungles of South America, South American jungles are full of hallucinogens, while the jungles of Africa are scarce in hallucinogens.
Some people theorize that there is some reason why hallucinogens grow better in the tropics of South America rather than in the tropics of Africa. Some believe that if certain hallucinogens have an origin, their origins may be in South America, which is why they are more available in South America.
6. MY THEORY OF WHY SOUTH AMERICA IS SO ABUNDANT IN HALLUCINOGENS
One of the theories that I have, is that because the people and cultures of South America very much respect and value these hallucinogenic species of plants more than any other place on the planet, the Earth may just provide more of them in those areas because they are more respected in those areas. The people of the South Americas, in my opinion, may just have a better spiritual connection with these plants which keeps them wanting to reincarnate in those areas that they are abundant in. Maybe there are certain vibrations or conditions that allow them to grow in abundance in those areas that may be connected to something in those areas or the cultures of those people in South American tropics.
